1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 92r ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") regarding your access to and use of the 92r website, mobile application and all associated services including sports betting, casino gaming, live casino, fish games, VIP membership and payment processing.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any feature of the 92r platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual promotions, games or betting markets. These additional rules form part of this agreement.

These Terms apply to all players accessing the platform from Pakistan and are written in Pakistan English to ensure clarity for the platform's primary user base.

2 Eligibility

To create an account and use the 92r platform you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 92r takes underage gaming seriously. Any account found to be registered by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under a guardianship order may not register.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date personal information at registration and when requested during account verification. Providing false details is a material breach of these Terms.
• Own funds: You must only wager with funds that belong to you. Using funds belonging to another person, or funds obtained through fraud or illegal activity, is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration

Creating an account at 92r is free. During registration you will be asked to provide personal details including your name, date of birth, contact information and preferred currency (PKR). You agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration.
• Keep your registration information updated if your details change.
• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.
• Notify 92r support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

92r reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Verification may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account usernames that are offensive, misleading or that impersonate other persons or brands will be rejected or changed by the platform without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and balances at 92r are held and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment channels are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – Pakistan's leading mobile wallet
• Easypaisa – Telenor mobile wallet
• Raast – Pakistan's instant payment system
• Bank Transfer – Direct transfer from Pakistani bank accounts
• Debit and Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard where supported
• Mobile Wallets – Additional supported wallets as listed in the payment section of your account dashboard

Deposits are typically credited to your 92r balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 92r is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times or technical issues on the payment provider's side.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method. 92r does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are beyond our control.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a deposit is received from a payment source not matching your verified account details, 92r reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 92r are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. To submit a withdrawal request your account must be fully verified and your real money balance must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier section.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods such as PSL match nights may take slightly longer to process due to higher transaction volumes.
• The name on your withdrawal destination account must match the name registered on your 92r account. Mismatched names will cause the withdrawal to be held for manual review.
• 92r reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real money balance resulting from completed wagering is eligible for cashout.

92r does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may deduct a transaction fee on their end. Please check with your payment provider for their applicable charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

92r offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and event-specific promotions tied to cricket and PSL seasons. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to real money and withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms, accessible from the Promotions page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated per promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active may void the existing bonus.
• No abuse: Bonus abuse including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, use of artificial betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Promotion availability: 92r reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonus funds already credited to your account will not be removed mid-wagering period due to a promotion change.

7 Sports Betting Rules

92r offers sports betting markets covering Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football, Esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation are not accepted. Do not assume a bet is live until you see the confirmation in your bet history.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play (live) odds update in real time and the odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Match settlement: Bets are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, ICC for international matches). In the event of a result dispute, 92r's settlement decision based on official sources is final.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if a match is abandoned, if insufficient overs are bowled to constitute an official result (in limited-overs cricket), or if a clear pricing error occurred at the time the bet was placed. Voided bets are returned to your balance in full.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed in the sportsbook. Bets exceeding payout limits will be settled at the maximum payout amount.
• Integrity: Any bet suspected of being placed based on inside information, in a coordinated suspicious betting pattern, or in connection with match-fixing activity will be voided and the account referred for investigation.

8 Casino & Game Rules

The 92r game lobby includes slots, live casino, fish games, table games and other categories provided by third-party software providers. By playing any game on the platform you agree to the following:

• RNG fairness: All slot, table game and fish game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the player or the platform.
• Live casino: Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by the game provider. The rules of each live game are governed by the provider's own game rules displayed within the game interface.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be voided and the wager returned to your balance. 92r is not liable for payouts on rounds affected by verified technical errors.
• Return to Player (RTP): RTP percentages for individual games are provided by the game software provider and are available within the game information panel. RTP represents the theoretical long-term average return and is not a guarantee of outcome in any individual session.
• Game availability: Game titles in the lobby may be added, removed or temporarily unavailable due to provider maintenance at any time. 92r does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title.

9 VIP Programme

92r operates a VIP membership programme that rewards regular players with enhanced platform benefits. Participation in the VIP programme is subject to the following terms:

• VIP tier eligibility is based on your cumulative wagering activity on the platform. Tier thresholds and associated benefits are detailed on the VIP page.
• VIP benefits including priority withdrawals, higher cashout limits, dedicated support and exclusive promotions are applied automatically as you reach each tier threshold.
• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. Reduced activity levels may result in a tier downgrade in accordance with the programme's maintenance requirements.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply to the individual account only. They cannot be shared with, gifted to or transferred to another account.
• 92r reserves the right to modify VIP tier requirements, benefits or the programme structure at any time. Changes will be communicated on the VIP page with reasonable advance notice where possible.
• Accounts found to be in violation of these Terms may have VIP status removed regardless of tier level.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92r platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per person, household or device.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information at any stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using another person's payment account or identity to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.

• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent or money laundering activities.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

92r reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Suspicious activity flagged by the platform's risk and fraud detection systems.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player through their payment provider.

If your account is suspended for investigation purposes, you will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information. If the investigation concludes without a finding of wrongdoing, your account will be reinstated and your balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance remaining after all pending wagers are settled will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

12 Privacy & Data

92r collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

13 Responsible Gaming

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, 92r's liability to any player in connection with use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 92r is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues or device malfunctions on the player's side that result in an interrupted session or failed bet submission.
• 92r is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• 92r does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime. Wagers that cannot be placed due to platform downtime are not eligible for compensation.
• The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While 92r takes all reasonable steps to ensure accuracy of odds, game outcomes and account balances, errors may occasionally occur and are subject to correction once identified.

Nothing in these Terms limits 92r's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15 Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, 92r will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the platform's notification system or via the contact details registered to your account. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure. Your accrued real money balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the verification and withdrawal procedures described in Section 5.
